Each order is carefully quality inspected before shipment to ensure every customer receives luxury-quality hair that meets our standards.
At 9Nine Extensions, we take pride in providing premium luxury raw hair extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions, closures, frontals, wigs, or hair products once they have been shipped, or picked up.
For the safety of all customers, any product that has been opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, colored, altered, or otherwise handled cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at johnaewilliams14@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Raw Hair Disclaimer
Our hair is 100% Premium Raw Hair, meaning every bundle comes from a real donor.
Because of this, slight variations in texture, color, wave pattern, and thickness are completely natural and are not considered defects.
