SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Every order is carefully inspected, packaged, and quality checked before shipment.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

During holidays, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


Shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping

3–5 Business Days

Shipping begins after processing has been completed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, 9Nine Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Packages returned because of an incorrect address will require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.


Signature Confirmation

To protect high-value purchases, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery.
